Term and Conditions
We understand that unanticipated events can occasionally disrupt your plans. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved
exclusively for you. Missed appointments result in lost time and revenue, and prevent us from serving other clients. To be fair and
effective for all clients, the following policies are in place:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice:
A 24-hour notice is required for cancelling an appointment. This allows another client the opportunity to book an appointment. If you
do not provide at least 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the service cost before scheduling your next appointment.
This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment.
No-Show Policy:
Any client who fails to show for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be required to pay 50% of the service cost before
scheduling their next appointment. This amount must be paid prior to the next appointment. Consecutively missing two appointments
without notice will result in the inability to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate clients whose appointments follow yours.
Regardless of the actual treatment time provided, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
